Amendments 2-4 Questions

1. Describe one argument for and one argument against gun control. What is your opinion on the issue?
•   Having control over your own usage/owning of guns could be a good thing. It would make it so that the average person would have defense in the case of a robbery or kidnapping.
•   I think that having gun control is a  bad thing. Guns are dangerous, and can hurt people. The world currently isn't in a state where we need civilians having guns at every corner.

2. Do you think it is fair to force people to open their homes to soldiers during wartime? Why or why not?
•   It's not fair at all to make people open their homes during wartime. Home-makers shouldn't have to make homes for anyone but their families, and people have a right to own their own property, making them open their homes basically takes that right away.

3. Describe a situation in which the police might be able to obtain a warrant to search a house or a building.
•   A situation where a police officer or other official would be able to obtain a warrant to search a house or building would probably be in a court case if they were searching the home/owned business of  a victim or accused.
