Do you believe that people accused of crimes deserve all of these rights or just some of them? Why or why not?

I believe most of the rights given by amendments are fair and should be given. Except for the last one, "Only a grand jury can indict someone with a death penalty". I think that crimes against humanity are ones to be punished with death, by any court of law. Murder, Thievery and Terrorism are all crims that should come with a death penalty. No matter who is charging it.  The world is full of Good people and Evil people. That's what it comes down to, everyone falls into a Good, or Evil. Those who are Evil should be a given a death penalty and those who are good should live happily knowing the Evil ones are being taken care of.
